Chrysalis Interior Decorating is located in Estero, Florida and is owned and operated by Shannon Aldridge, a Certified Interior Decorator (C.I.D). I have completed my certification in Interior Decorating along with Afforable Interior Design Academy. I am proficient in Icovia digital room planner and use custom built mood boards to help clients visualize their space. The company is named after my deep admiration for the incredible transition that takes place from a once caterpillar into a breath-taking butterfly.  My goal is to do the same for your space. By genuinely listening to your needs and wants, I will transform the important spaces in your home into places you never want to leave. 

Nowadays, families and individuals are spending so much time at home. This is why it is imperative to create a place you love being in and can't wait to come home to when you're gone.  I believe spaces can be beautiful and functional at the same time. Spaces should also incorporate personal aspects. Whether it's displaying family picture, momentos from travels, or Orchids because they are your favorite flowers, your home should be an extension of your story and these pieces can help your guests learn about you. I love working with families because I know having little ones doesn't mean you have to sacrifice having a space you love. It might mean you have less breakable pieces and sturdier furniture, but it can still be a place of peace and organization. 

        I have experience decorating full homes to smaller spaces. My all time specialty is incorporating all the finishing pieces that truly pull a space together.
